The wait is over, Dinan S2 Package with big turbo upgrade is now available for the BMW M2

The wait is over, Dinan S2 Package with big turbo upgrade is now available for the BMW M2

Back in August Dinan introduced its initial S1 package for the F87 M2 complete with tune, intake, exhaust, and suspension. However, this initial package was limited from the factory in the power department by an already nearly maxed out turbo. In order to make any real meaningful additional power a new turbo and supporting hardware / tune would be needed.    We started down the big turbo path immediately after that August release and offered a sneak peak of the new M2 with all of its prototype hardware at SEMA this past month. With additional testing out of the way since that initial unveiling we are now happy with the tweaked results and wish to unveil this new S2 M2 package to the masses. Now anyone can assemble the package that makes our engineers drool with anticipation for their own beloved M2. The wait for the fully Dinanized M2 is over.    As always M-Spec Performance i ... read more

Why asking for "price" is the wrong question to ask

Why asking for "price" is the wrong question to ask

So you own a German Car (maybe its a BMW, Audi, Mercedes Benz, Mini Cooper or Volkswagen) and you are looking for an auto repair shop to service your vehicle. You know you don't want to go to the dealership since their prices are sky high and the level of service leaves you wanting. You get anxious, you worry about getting ripped off. You ask friends and family what to do. You go online and google some quick answers for your particular problem whether its a noise you hear, a fluid dripping from your car or what is the next maintenance service you need. You then go on yelp or type in a google search for the best auto repair shop in your area. Armed with all this information you call up a shop and ask, "Hey I have a noise coming from my car, I think its a gyromotion arm, how much?" The shop gives you a price and you go on and call the next shop on your list. Each shop gives you a different price. Which one do you choose? The cheapest price, right?
